Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bad Das Haus verfügt sozusagen über zwei Wohneinheiten, d.h. es gibt zwei Wohn/Essbereich und zwei Küchen. Zudem zählen Klimaanlage, Sat-Tv und WLAN-Internet zu den weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmalen.

The town's beach, only a 10-min walk away, offers activities like beach volleyball, scuba diving, jet skiing, and parachute gliding. Unwind at the beach bar with music and refreshing cocktails. Experience the perfect blend of leisure and excitement at our conveniently located apartment.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
