Ausgestattet mit allen gewohnten Küchengeräten, findet man eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. WLAN und Fernseher sind selbstverständlich, ebenso eine Klimaanlage (kalt und warm), eine Badewanne und, zum abkühlen, eine Aussendusche auf der Terrasse. Fußweg zum Lopar Strand in Novi sind 8-10 Minuten.

Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
