Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. Mali Losinj is an island full of lush tall pine trees, beautiful crimson sunsets, and crystal-clear waters.  Brand new from summer 2021, these sea-view apartments with heated pool offer neutral and modern furnishings with anything you would expect to make a home away from home. U okviru obiteljske kuće nudimo dva apartmana.U velikom apartmanu koji se nalazi na drugom katu obiteljske kuće nudimo smještaj za osam osoba. Sve sobe imaju zaseban balkon s kojeg se pruža jedinstven pogled na luku Malog Lošinja. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se i prostrana terasa koja pruža mogućnost mirnog doručka ili večere na otvorenom prostoru. Manji apartman nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće i pruža smještaj za četiri osobe. Kuća je u blizini centra ,a do uređene plaže je pet minuta hoda.

Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

Under the pines, right on the beach and by the sea walkway (lungo mare). Valdarke area is located halfway between Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj, within walking distance from both towns. Our apartments are cosy, well maintained and perfectly equipped for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
