Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Ulika mobile homes consist of two mobile homes located in an olive grove near Krk town. The concept is made in the way that guests have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in two mobile homes. The kitchen and the living/dinning area are situated in the center, between the two mobile homes with an exit to the partially covered terrace and grill area with a view over the swimming pool and the front part of the property. Pool terrace offers a nice sea view.

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Kuhinja sadrži perilicu suda, kuhalo za kavu i toplu vodu, mikrovalnu, pećnicu. Apartman ima galeriju na kojoj se nalazi spavaća soba koja posjeduje krevet i kutak za odmor.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich in der perfekten Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und dem Strand entfernt. In der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittel (2 min). Es ist umgeben von einem großen und wunderschönen Garten, so dass Sie sich entspannen und sich außerhalb der Wohnung genießen können. Wir haben auch einen kostenlosen Privatparkplatz für unsere Gäste.

Der sog. Stall ist eine Luxusvilla aus Stein, welche für den Urlaub von 4-6 Personen vorgesehen wird. Darin befinden sich zwei Dreibettzimmer mit Badezimmern und im Glashaus ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer mit Küche. Neben dem Stall befindet sich auch die Terrasse mit Grill und im intimen Teil des Hofs wurde ein Pool untergebracht, für Ihre Entspannungsmomente.
