This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. The accommodation is situated in a quite street with a view of the Adriatic Sea and a Mediterranean garden, near the beaches, restaurants, shops and other services. App and room are on the 1 st floor of our house and has its own separate entrance. Aside from a 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, it has a big terrace with lounge chairs and a table. It is equipped with new air conditioning, plasma TV and internet connection. Parking is secured in front of the house.
