Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.

Apartman je u mirnom dijelu samog centra grada. Pravila kuće: Pušenje nije dozvoljeno. Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni, osim malih i mirnih. Maksimalno 2 gosta i dijete koje boravi s roditeljima u krevetu. Dolazak od 14:00, odlazak do 11:00h. Poštujte tišinu nakon 22:00.
