Our apartment is on the first floor of house and it provides beautiful sea view and view on islands Brač and Hvar. Our place is located in a quiet area 450 meters from the beach and the center, and all necessary facilities. Bus stop is also not far away. You’ll love my place because of the view on our beautiful balcony, it's perfect for easy going vacation. We're bit on the top of the hill, I hope You don't mind little exercise.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.
