A lovely extension attached to my house but totally independent with private entrance. Previous guests have loved this quiet, treelined residential area. 20 mins from airport, 10 mins to city centre by tram. 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Free parking in my driveway. Very regular buses and trams until midnight. Airport bus runs throughout the night at a stop 5 mins walk from my house. Local restaurants & bars within 10 min walk or a myriad or restaurants 10 mins by tram.
