Our modern log home is set up with fine things like Turkish towels, local artisan soaps & the softest sheets. The tasteful decor has an mcm vibe w/industrial touches. Wander outdoors, swim, follow a creek, slip into the forest, hike back, cook dinner in a state of the art kitchen w/ a pantry full of fun gadgets. Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in the hammock.Large firepit,outdoor games,animal interaction. Complimentary free range eggs, oj, butter, bagels,cream ,coffee and tea provided. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around, and our canoe ready for you. We are happy to welcome your doggies, but not your cats due to allergies. Please note that cabin has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. Looking forward to hosting you!

2027 Summer Bookings open 10/1, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for schedule. “Allstar Village” schedule does not align with us. The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
