Havasu Dunes Resort Mini Suite

A mile South of beautiful Downtown Lake Havasu, you will be checking into a mini suite at Havasu Dunes Resort. Features a kitchenette (mini fridge/stove-top), Queen bed with door for privacy, and pullout sofa in living room. Resort staff are available 7a-10p. Upon check-in you will be required to present ID and a credit card for an incidental hold. Pictures are of the resort in general, the room you are assigned is done at check-in.

950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.

Lake Havasu Poolside Retreat

Super Cute Northside Location! This 430 sq.ft. guest suite can sleep up to four people. The space consists of a kitchen / living area and one king bedroom with bath. The living room can accommodate up to 2 guests on the pullout sleep sofa. Come and go as you please with private keypad entrance. Private walled yard with sparkling pool and shaded patio area. Enjoy a relaxing stay for a weekend or longer.
