I live on the second floor, and there's one other neighbor on the third. Walk to Golden Gate Park. This is a brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Easy walk to restaurants/cafes/groceries/Golden Gate Park/SF Zoo and multiple transit lines. Suite consists of a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, small desk and closet. Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.

The vast & powerful ocean is just three blocks away and walks on the beach can clear your mind and reinvigorate your soul. Walk North to picnic at Golden Gate Park or visit the Sunset Dunes & Sutro Baths. Jump on the Muni two blocks away and travel to Haight/Ashbury or Union Square. This is just the beginning. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 13 years ago.

The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
