An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. During the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Friday there could be some noise. We reduced our prices to reflect that and promise to take great care of you!:)

Off Grid Yurt At Inshallah

Our cozy, rustic off grid yurt is located 20 min west of Golden in the Bleaberry Valley. It is nestled on the side of Willow Bank mountain. The views and nearby activities here are world class. The yurt has all the necessities you need to have a comfortable stay anytime of year. It is a very basic and rustic place, best suited to adventure seekers. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Black Bear Log Cabin is a locally handcrafted Douglas Fir log cabin nestled in the trees on a private lot, located an easy 15 minute drive south of Golden BC. Situated within easy reach of several national parks, Golden is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise with world class skiing & sledding in the winter. Equally exhilarating are the many summer activities including hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, paragliding, tandem parachuting.

Magical Log Cabin on Tranquil 4 Acre Lot

Smiley Wolf Cabin is a magical log cabin on a beautifully landscaped 4 acre lot, just 7 km (4 miles) south of Golden and under 20 km (13 miles) from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Suitable for groups from 2 to 6 people, the cabin has a private hot tub with mountain views, 3 decks with picnic table, BBQ & hammock and a private lawn. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wireless internet, 42" TV (Netflix, Disney+, Roku) & DVD player (+ DVDs), wood burning stove, washer-dryer & fully equipped kitchen.

Easy access to hwy 1 and 20 minutes to Golden, 45 minutes from the Rogers Pass and 30 minutes from Kicking Horse Resort. Walk, snowshoe or xc ski right from the door and explore the trails and the Blaeberry River. Warm up beside the wood stove and enjoy the ambiance of the timber framed cabin. Located on a dead end road , you will enjoy the peaceful and quiet location.

Escape the crowds.. Escape the noise.. Come and enjoy our 100 plus acres of breathtaking beauty and solitude. In the spring, summer, and fall you can hike, bike, and play in and around the river. In winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, and toboggan. All without leaving the property. Once “home” soak in the hot tub, have a fire in the fire pit ( fire laws depending), and watch your children and dogs play. All while in the fenced backyard.

It recently underwent a wall-2-wall renovation and was professionally designed with 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a dual shower! Walk in right off your skis, take your gear off in the mudroom, and Relax in your private hot tub after a big day skiing. Please note, a maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
