The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

A disposizione ampio portico e un giardino; 2 e-bike (a noleggio) e da maggio a settembre ci si può rinfrescare nella Tankkd (con doccia esterna) A pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la caratteristica cittadina di Moncalvo, dove si svolge ogni anno in autunno la tradizionale Fiera del Tartufo.
