Newly refurbished, self contained studio on private road- peaceful setting 20 mins walk in to Lindfield village (0.9 mile) and Haywards Heath station (0.9 mile). Studio is an annex to main house - totally separate, has its own separate entrance, 1 allocated parking space. living room / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-hob, oven,grill, microwave,breakfast bar, shower room. Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror.

The Loft Appartment, Cobbs Mill

Nestled in open countryside and close to the historic village of Hurstpierpoint, The Loft is an ideal base to explore the walks and villages of the beautiful South Downs, Brighton, Hickstead, or as a stopover for Gatwick Airport. The space is in an historic watermill complex (Cobbs Mill) sleeping 2 (with an additional single sofa-bed if required). Outdoors there are plenty of gardens, and a purpose built petanque court. Footpaths lead directly from the property to open countryside.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

This newly renovated stylish Annexe is attached to our home in the hamlet of Ansty, a stones throw to the picturesque village of Cuckfield with its four pubs, independent boutiques and award winning Ockenden Manor and Spa. The location provides a perfect base to enjoy the many NT properties such as Nymans and Sheffield Park as well as Wakehurst Place and the Prairie Gardens. There are also many vineyards in the surrounding area particulary Ridgeview and Bolney Estate.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
