Situated on a private peninsula, and with over 10 acres you will have unbelievable views and access to everything nature has to offer on both land and water! With its own private dock and beach, you will be equipped with kayaks, canoes, fishing rods, and crab traps to spend the day adventuring the Chesapeake Bay. Or you can sit back and relax on one of many water side hammocks, or just enjoy a fire on the private beach.

The Stateroom

The Stateroom is a fabulous, updated, cozy cabin with a fireplace. Large kitchen, large bathroom, living room with a queen pull out sofa, separate bedroom with a queen bed and beautiful views of the bay from the living room. Steps away to the beach and fishing pier. You can also rent the Rudder which is an adjoining cabin (like at a hotel) which will sleep another 4 people. See our other listing on Airbnb for Rudder. It is centrally located to Mathews, Gloucester, Urbanna and Gwynns Island. Williamsburg is about a 50 minute drive. This part of Virginia is known for fishing, water sports, beaches and history. Come stay in this newly renovated rancher and enjoy the country on the river. We welcome one small dog under 50 lbs.
