Upper Caddo River Cabin at Ouachita NF

Relax in the natural beauty and peaceful environment of this quaint cabin overlooking the upper Caddo River, bordering the Ouachita National Forest near Norman, AR and Lake Ouachita. Close by activities include nearby Lake access and marinas around Mt. Ida, crystal digging, Forest access for hiking, biking, ATV riding and canoeing along the Caddo River at nearby Caddo Gap and Glenwood, among many other activities and amenities in the popular tourist areas including Hot Springs National Park.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

We do accept 1 small dog with a fee. Cabin is located just steps away from the Ouachita River. It has an awesome view of the river and is peaceful and quiet. You won't find a nicer cabin in this area. It has a big deck where you can sit and relax. It has a gas grill, Alexa command outdoor audio, and a swing set for the kids. It also has beautiful rock walkway leading down to the river with a lounging area and a charcoal grill and prepping table. You can swim or fish in front of the cabin.

This beautiful property is called The Lost Cabin at the Creek because it is an excellent place to disconnect, escape and relax. The creek provides great opportunities for fishing, swimming, exploring, viewing wildlife, and generally enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was constructed in 2013 and provides two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen, gas log fireplace, screened-in back porch, hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit, and all the amenities necessary.

Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Overlooking Caddo River. We are in the middle of the tiny town of Norman, home to the states smallest public library. We also have a Dollar General, a Post Office, & a General Store. Pets are welcome, but we do ask that you clean up after them, keep them on leashes when outside, don't leave them unattended unless they are in a carrier, and please do not allow them on beds or furniture.
