Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

Newtown Linford, Leicestershire is at the gateway to Bradgate Deer Park (Home of Lady Jane Grey) in beautiful Charnwood Forest. Stunning Walks, Cycling and Horse Riding & local Golf courses. We are within walking distance of National Trust 'Stoneywell' House and the ruins of Lady Jane Greys ancestral home. Leicester has the National Space Centre and Richard III visitor centre. 'Battle of Bosworth' Field centre, Whitwick Monastery, Heritage Great Central Railway and Mountsorrel Granite/Farm Park

My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know..
