Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Greycoast Cottage - Owner managed

Owner-hosted Greycoast is a clean, cozy and peaceful cottage in the small community of Gleneden Beach (minutes from Salishan Resort). It's a great place to relax, listen to the waves crash and spend time with loved ones! Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Gleneden features long, uncrowded beaches, cute restaurants, outdoor activities and a very relaxed vibe. Join our family of renters!

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
