Out of the Blue Cabin cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located in quaint West Jefferson, NC. With stunning views, Out of the Blue Cabin is the perfect little getaway spot to relax and unwind from life's demands. It comfortably sleeps 5-6 (5 in beds and can accomodate an additional sleeper on the couch in the living room), has a fully functioning kitchen, gas grill, WiFi, TV, all with a rustic mountain feel. Bed linens, towels, washer and dryer are included in your stay.

The two tiny cabins, cabinA and cabinB sit on 5 acres of tranquil environment, surrounded by trees and Mountain Views. They are located about a mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway and about 2 miles from the Summit on Cross Mountain wedding venue. They are best suited for two adults and two kids, who will enjoy the unique space of the loft. The New River is about 2 miles from the cabins. Enjoy West Jefferson, which is only 6 miles away for great shopping and dining.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains look no further. There is a seasonal water view. We are 10 minutes to downtown West Jefferson or Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, 1/4 mile to New River State Park Elk Shoals river beach and 30 minutes to Boone NC. Local attractions like canoeing, kayaking and hiking all within 10 minutes or less. Onsite Yoga is available. TV is for streaming only.

Fireman's Retreat

This cabin offers a relaxing retreat for anyone needing to get away from the stresses of the world. It includes a full size kitchen and bathroom, comfortable Queen size bed on main, 2 XL Twin beds in loft that fold up to create space to play or read. Cabin also includes most toiletries, coffee, and linens. For each stay a portion will be donated to the local fire department. Over $700 donated so far!
