The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room that leads to a sunroom, ideal for extra guests. Relax by the wood-burning stove on chilly nights. The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Savor the sunshine and soak in the tranquil atmosphere on the beach and dock, mere steps away from the deck. For a memorable adventure, rent the pontoon showcased in the picture and unlock the sandbar's magic.

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

This lot is nearly a half acre of land with neighboring pine trees providing privacy on the main side of the house. You'll have an abundance of space for the family to make memories, and a bon fire pit to roast marshmallows. Summer activities include kayaking, fishing, space for volleyball, and a private beach. The house also comes with free WIFI and a desk to get work done.

Do a little shopping, check out a winery, visit a nearby casino or just enjoy a nice, quiet & relaxing stay in this cozy, clean & well furnished log cabin style home on Wixom Lake with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Home is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails and hunting preserves. When the water returns home boast 280 feet of waterfront on a canal leading out into Wixom Lake.

This house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open floor plan and room for everyone to gather in one location. Private road takes you to this secluded location in the woods. Come enjoy the beautiful Michigan fall colors from mid September to early November!
