Forest Cottage- Lakes Entrance

Experience the charm of country living at Eight Acres Lakes Entrance with all the comforts of home. Our self-contained farm cottages offer a harmonious blend of luxury and natural beauty, providing a perfect retreat for a group of friends or family. All our 7 cottages are identical in layout, just different names and themed styling. Pet friendly at an additional $100 pet fee per stay. Max. 5 guests, 1 King, 1 Queen & 1 Single bed. Buchan is a beautiful small country town, which is best known for its limestone caves. 350kms east from Melbourne and 430kms south from Canberra. Buchan Motel sits on top of the hill between the main street and the Buchan Caves Reserve, giving easy access to both. We offer twin, double, triple and family rooms, each room includes private bathroom, balcony, TV, in-room fridge, toaster and kettle, tea & coffee, continental breakfast, AC / heater, onsite parking and free WIFI.

By the Seaside Treetop Studio

By the Seaside Treetop Studio is a full suite, (38sqm) with its own wet bar and full bathroom with a spabath. The location is 200 mts to Fishermans Beach and 900 mts Main St. There is a balcony overlooking the bay. Treetop Studio has its own entrance, and is located on a 1st floor. Please note, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check in/late check out in is available for a fee. All linen is subject to an extra cleaning fee for make-up and self tanning stains.

Cosy room in Carlton

Comfortable light-filled room with ensuite bathroom. The room is located upstairs, in a secure, private residential area of the pub. The room is equipped with all the essentials including: queen bed, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and tv. It is located just a short stroll from Lygon St and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. As the room is located above a pub and on the city fringe, there may be some noise at night, please keep this in mind when booking.

With this room, you have a choice of a king sized bed or two king sized single beds. It has a private ensuite, which contains shower, toilet and basin ( no bath), walk in robe, private balcony with beautiful views and TV. You have access to a full sized kitchen, laundry, dining area and meals balcony. This place is close enough to all the action but you get to enjoy the peace and quiet when you are here.

Alpine Hotel, Room 12 King bed & ensuite

The Alpine Hotel was established in 1885, in 2021 the 32 bedrooms have been restored to provide a unique pub accommodation experience. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The bistro dining downstairs has a seasonal menu featuring Yarra Valley produce and fabulous cocktails. There is much to explore in Warburton so talk to our friendly Alpine team for recommendations.

Snug Cove B&B Sea View From room

A la carte breakfast each morning. No cooking Choose from the menu the evening before so we can offer more choices. This room has a king bed. We may change your room to a queen with balcony to fit other bookings. This room opens onto the large deck so has fantastic views and only one flight of stairs. No bath, large shower. Please note we are not suitable for children under 16.

The Family Room - Family 1

This room is a family room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Recently renovated this is a generous sized room, which is light and bright and perfect to help with a good night sleep. With access to the outside balcony, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while watching the world go by. All rooms have shared bathroom facilities which have been beautifully renovated.

Queen Room Moody's Motel

1 bedroom unit. Room has all basic amenities including, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, cutlery/crockery. Free WIFI. A short walk to enjoy local restaurants and an even shorter walk to take a n amazing sunset on Blairgowrie beach. Just down the road you will find an, IGA, news agency, post office and pharmacy.

Britannica Spa Room

Originally the lounge of the house, the aspect is through the bay window & silver birch trees to the front garden. Featuring a candlelit fireplace, high ceilings and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful leadlight window & the largest spa in the house.
