The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as a living room, and a terrace equipped with a table and loungers: perfect for relaxing with a stunning sea view! Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

Von der Terrasse der Whg. genießt man einen herrlichen Ausblick, der vom Vorgebirge des Argentario bis hin zur nahegelegenen Insel Giannutri reicht. Den Gästen stehen kostenlos ein Motorroller und zwei Helme zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 320 Meter vom Strand Cannelle und 1.500 Meter vom Yachthafen entfernt. „Nur ein Wort kann den Aufenthalt beschreiben...WUNDERSCHÖN!!! Meiner Meinung nach ist es die schönste Villa der Insel.“

La sera, sulla terrazza sotto le stelle, è un momento unico per godersi il mare ed il cielo splendido dell'Argentario. Ideale per una coppia con uno o massimo due bambini.

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

This beautiful air conditioned apartment right on the Port of the island (the area with most restaurants and facilities) The house is only few steps from the ferryboat and bus stops, 20 meters from the sea. The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the island. The kitchen is furnished with every tool (even too many). Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).
