Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Hall Garth Cottage, Clapham, 4 beds, dog friendly

Centrally located in the delightful village of Clapham. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting/dining area with sofa bed and a kitchen, upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds if required), a toilet, shower room with basin, there is another shower room & basin (no toilet) en-suite off the main bedroom. The cottage has its own fast B4RN broadband connection and is equipped with a washer/dryer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, 2 TV's one in bedroom, toiletries.

Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Knotts View is detached property with 3 en suite bedrooms, one is ground floor. Superb kitchen diner flooded with light & french doors to the terrace. Spacious lounge with a wood burning stove, multi level ceiling with feature lighting & french doors. Conquered the challenge of The Three Peaks yet? Relax in the hot tub & take in the view to the summits of Ingleborough & Pen-y-Ghent. There are three en suite bedrooms, the two super king doubles can be prepared as twin bedrooms upon request.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.
