Es ist in den sanften Hügeln des Monferrato Landschaft mit den unglaublichsten Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge im Winter eingebettet. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 3 Autos und einen großen gesicherten Garten einen Swimmingpool mit Panoramablick sowie Ess- und Entspannungsbereiche im Freien. Im Inneren finden Sie ein stilvoll eingerichtetes, offenes Haus mit einer Master-Suite mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
