The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Il borgo di Castelmola fa parte dei circuito dei borghi più belli d'Italia ed è famoso per i magnifici panorami (dalla vista Etna fino alla costa calabra) in uno scenario mozzafiato sul Mare Ionio.

Siamo situati vicino a tanti punti di interesse della città come appunto il teatro antico, le naumachie,palazzo corvaja,Villa comunale,teatrino romano, stazione taxi,fermata navetta che porta in spiaggia ed ingresso funivia che vi porterà alle spiaggie di mazzaró ed isola bella.

Oikos means family and this is what you will find during your holidays in Taormina. The apartment of 120mq offers sea-view terraces and a swimming pool (shared with us) and it is located 15 min walking from town center. It can perfectly host 6 guests. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).
