Patio is furnished with comfortable outdoors furniture including square sofa and 2 beach chairs. Access to serviced beach is included and within few steps walk. WiFi service through Orange 4G included (20GB /Night) and good to keep you connected throughout your stay however it might not be sufficient for streaming. Recharging is available for a fee.

Steps to the beautiful Marina, enjoy the walk and all types of restaurants and cafés. You can use Marassi golf cars to move around so you don't need your car! Or you can rent my Golf car for 3000 EGP per day. My unit allows beach access for North Beach only The two passes cards are valid for two adults and two kids for a whole week, knowing that during the weekends the beach is not available for guests!Marassi will charge 5500 EGP to get the gate passes and beach access.

A brand new two bedrooms apartment comes with a unique furniture and design , the apartment lies in zone 5 in Latin District , Infront of the heritage city . There’s two bedrooms, the 1st bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom contains 2 single beds . The guest will have a 50% discounted access to the beach as we have a deal with Ramla beach about 10 minutes by car from the place , The arena about 2 minutes by car also Gomla market is the same distance.
