Замок 1910 года, одна из построек комплекса зданий «принцевских времен», ровесник закладки курорта Гагра. Есть несколько версий кому ранее принадлежал замок. По одной из них это гостевой дом Ильи Силина друга принца Александра Ольденбургского. По другой, это дом Булгаридт. В 50-е годы в здании располагалась музыкальная школа. Много лет здание было закрыто. Нам удалось восстановить его и сохранить лепнину ,лестницу и добавить современную,комфортную мебель ,атмосферу в замке .

During the Communist period, it was transformed into communal apartments for up to 110 individuals. Now it has returned to its former glory, and a limited number of its rooms are made available for some happy few, every year. We are happy to welcome you and hope you will enjoy your stay.
