River Bottom Bungalow

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Coastal Suite

Guests love our Coastal Cottage so much, we decided to turn a few rooms in our home into the Coast Suite! The suite is private, with a separate entrance. We provide all you need to enjoy the beautiful Golden Isles. Located in enchanting Brunswick, GA, we sit one mile from Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island causeways. We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.

Secluded private relaxing getaway

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

The Camellia Suite and Fire Pit

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

Cabin-like 1 bedroom

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

The Dorm Room

NEWLY RENOVATED!! Inspired by our favorite wizarding school across the pond, the Dorm is full of treasures in honor of Harry Potter and friends! This upstairs apartment is full of charm with magical surprises to explore during your stay. Tucked away from the prying eyes of Muggles, this wizarding paradise is an inviting and magical place filled with relics, games, books, movies, and unexpected surprises! We love this tiny magical oasis, and hope you will too!

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!

In-law suite in a mountain cabin resort community

We invite you to stay in our in-law suite in the basement of our mountain home on a paved road in Coosawattee River Resort! Located close to the gate, you will have access to the resort pools and rec center, hiking and river tubing, and all that the mountains and towns have to offer. NOTE: we do have a 2 pet limit and ask that you let us know when you book that you are bringing them. We also do not accept same day bookings made after 6 pm

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
