If you're here visiting family, doing a school visit, attending an event, on a business trip, or vacationing, you'll enjoy our positive space.

River Bottom Bungalow

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Secluded private relaxing getaway

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Coastal Suite

Guests love our Coastal Cottage so much, we decided to turn a few rooms in our home into the Coast Suite! The suite is private, with a separate entrance. We provide all you need to enjoy the beautiful Golden Isles. Located in enchanting Brunswick, GA, we sit one mile from Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island causeways. We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.

S & S Hideaway

Your floor is the lower level, 2,600 sq. feet has a private entrance with key pad, laundry, & kitchen. 3 bedrooms, sitting room, bonus rooms, 2 bathrooms. Property owners reside in upper level. Access to pool area ( May 15 - Sept. 5) a wooded back yard creek, firepit, a beautiful wooded neighborhood for leisure walks, 0.9 mile to restaurants, grocery store & gas stations. 6 miles to downtown Gainesville, GA., and within 30 minute drive to Helen, Dahlonega, hiking trails & waterfalls.

Set deep in the suburbs, our beautiful secluded basement apartment provides a luxurious space for traveling guests and families. We are located perfectly between Atlanta and Athens for a night out in Atlanta or attending a UGA game in Athens. This private apartment provides a large bedroom with a queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, small office space, gaming entertainment, hot tub, fire pit, and Wi-fi! Our paradise suite is your best stay for work or play!

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910 New Orleans-style home. Just a half-mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have, and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year-round.

In-law suite in a mountain cabin resort community

We invite you to stay in our in-law suite in the basement of our mountain home on a paved road in Coosawattee River Resort! Located close to the gate, you will have access to the resort pools and rec center, hiking and river tubing, and all that the mountains and towns have to offer. NOTE: we do have a 2 pet limit and ask that you let us know when you book that you are bringing them. We also do not accept same day bookings made after 6 pm

Rustic Private Suite, Pool, Fresh Eggs.

Enjoy your stay at the most unique place around. You will enjoy a unique mix of industrial and rustic decor. Our inground backyard pool is available from June to mid September. Yes, you can have visitors, your aunt, uncle, or grandchildren are welcome to sleep over. This is a family place and we hope you will gather here with your friends and loved ones! Pets considered, please ask! p.s. we have turkeys and chickens.

Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Sleep deep in the comfortable king size bed or lounge on the sofa. The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to the house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats: Immy, Daisy, Briggs, and Stratton (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
