Soak up the sun and watch the sun set on the private deck or take a few steps down to the dock and use our kayaks to go visit the seals that hang out on the rocks just down the cove all summer long. The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!

Spruce Tops is a single family cottage, situated near the mouth of New Harbor. You can hear the ocean waves and the bell buoy. Enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch watching the boats coming and going. A well equipped kitchen has an island eating area, the comfy living room has a ceiling fan, as does the master bedroom, with a queen bed and french doors to the fully screened in porch. Bathroom equipped with shower. Owners located across street if needed.

Compass Rose Way Cottages are on Rutherfords Island in South Bristol, Maine. There are two cottages. North and West, both are two bedroom, one bathroom, both with an open concept living room and kitchen cottages We are less than 1/3 mile from downtown South Bristol and the ocean. We are about 14 miles from Damariscotta, Pemaquid Point, and other mid coast Maine towns. Our electricity is provided by our solar array that is grid connected.
