Some of the best beaches in the UK only 5 mins drive. The accommodation got it's name from originally being the stables of the village where the horses were stored, of course you won't find any horses but a beautiful living area Outside there is a cobbled courtyard area with Swedish style covered hot tub area with hot shower and outdoor seating.

The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Within easy walking distance you'll find 2 dog/child friendly pubs, both with a great atmosphere, a warm welcome and serving great food, plus a shop. Less than a mile to Croyde and you’ll find more eateries and of course the beach. Putsborough beach is about a mile away (car park pass provided) with Woolacombe & Saunton beaches a little further. More shops in nearby Braunton and Barnstaple.

Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
