Sitting on three acres with complete privacy, our custom home was built in the 1940s and perched over Maple Bay and Saltspring Island with incredible panoramic views. Ocean, mountains, rain forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes this retreat like no other. Home is very accessible, has a rustic cottage feel, natural landscape, with ample private parking and a heated pool from June to mid October. Full access to a dock over the Cowibbean cottage’s deck will allow you to further enjoy all the bay has to offer. This bright and spacious bachelor suite gives you a kitchenette for smaller meals (no stove/oven) a full bath with shower and a brand new queen sized bed for lounging or sleeping.

We're located oceanfront in beautiful Maple Bay near biking/hiking trails, Maple Bay beach, pubs and restaurants. This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Coffee and tea are provided. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.

You’ll enjoy quiet sunsets, perhaps the odd storm, relax and recharge.

Two large ocean-view decks, a hot tub overlooking the ocean and a tidal islet where otters, seals and birdlife congregate, and even the occasional Orca sighting!
