Our Sweet Retreat is a perfect location for summer fun and is a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Tons of bars and restaurants to enjoy and explore. Come explore the quaint small town vibes. In the evening enjoy a fire with a glass is wine. Large yard for kids and dogs. Our home is ready for your friends and family.

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! It’s an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends seeking relaxation and nature and dog friendly!
