Master bedroom, kitchen, livingroom & bathroom upstairs. Family room located downstairs with a futon, a cot and a second bedroom with a double bed. Each room has a TV. The family room has an electronic dart board with soft tip darts. Supervised play for people under 16 years of age is requested & metal tip darts available upon request.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.
