This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons prachtig tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overige faciliteiten: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (op hoogte verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Luister muziek via bluetooth of platenspeler en tuur om je heen...

Tiny House der Berkelhut, Ruhe und Frieden

Sehr ruhiges Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung. Von unserer Berkelhütte aus können Sie direkt in den Velhorst-Wald reinspazieren. Das Haus wird mit Infrarotpaneelen beheizt, hat ein großes Doppelbett von 1,60 mal 2,00 Meter das komplett eingeklappt werden kann. Sie können 2 umsonst Fahrräder und ein kanadisches Kajak, der Fluss Berkel ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Neben dem malerischen Dorf Almen liegen Zutphen, Lochem und Deventer in der Nähe. Unser Dachshund kann man leider nicht streicheln.

With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

Wilkommen! Unser attraktives Haus aus dem Jahr 1899 ist völlig autark und komplett ausgestattet. Wohnküche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, separates Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Whirlpool. Es liegt in einer schönen Gegend, zentral in Utrecht, mit einem Garten am Wasser und innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum von Utrecht! Eine Parkerlaubnis für das gesamte Gelände können Sie bei uns vor Ort für 7,50 € pro Tag mieten. (Das ist 5 bis 10 Mal günstiger als üblich in Utrecht!)

Een sfeervol voormalig bakhus, met eigen entree.

Het voormalige bakhus is omgebouwd tot een sfeervol appartement . Het bakhus heeft een eigen ingang en is van alle gemakken voorzien, eigen badkamer en een kitchenette met koelkast. Via een korte steile scheepstrap komt u boven in de slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed of twee losse bedden). U slaapt hier onder de balken. U kunt gebruik maken van de aangrenzende (gedeelde) bijkeuken. Hier heeft u de beschikking over een kookplaat en combi-oven. De reservering is zonder ontbijt.

Ruimte, Rust en Privacy - “Comfort with a View”

Hier vind je rust en privacy; de wind in de bomen en het gezang van vogels. Er staan 2 fietsen klaar. Deze zijn tijdens het verblijf gratis te gebruiken. Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Landelijk gelegen, rust, ruimte en alpaca's

In de guesthouse voel je meteen de ontspannen sfeer. Door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen en het uitzicht op de tuin en de dieren kan je het platteland echt ervaren. Buiten kan je allerlei dieren tegenkomen, zoals een haas of een fazant. En natuurlijk de kippen en de alpaca's. Op de loungeset die je vanuit de guesthouse ziet, kan je heerlijk relaxen. Je loopt zo de wei in om de alpaca's van dichtbij te leren kennen.
