The perfect place to relax, unwind in the hot tub, take a walk / cycle along the estuary footpath or settle in for a cinema night on the sofa. Just 5 miles from Clitheroe and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkien Trail, this modern barn conversion sleeps up to 4 people in 2 large double bedrooms, both en-suite. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. This leads to a utility area and downstairs toilet. Outside is partially paved with enclosed gardens. Amazing views can be enjoyed with eating areas to the front and back. Large gated parking area.

The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the tope floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

Please note: the 5 seater hot tub is subject to an additional charge please see details in other things to note. Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Pet friendly (£20 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

No 2 Moorend Cottages

Country escape! Self contained cottage in rural location. Set in a peaceful area close to the popular market town of Poulton-le-Fylde which is home to excellent selection of independent shops and amazing choice of restaurants and bars. Stalmine historic village is close to The Seven Stars pub offering delicious food and local ales. The nearby seaside resort of Blackpool is within easy reach. Other places of interest include Lytham and St. Annes. The Lakes less than an hour away.

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).

Rhubarb Cottage - Dog friendly

Rhubarb Cottage was built in 1855 and is a quaint white cottage with a modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It has views over Newers Wood and easy access to Fluke Hall beach. Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.
