The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

The entire unit was completely renovated in Jan 2023, this is a great quiet space to stay for graduations on base, business travelers, etc. with just minutes to walk to the Potomac river waterfront one street over from restaurants in the Town of Quantico. Virginia highway to town goes through military base you need “REAL ID” equivalent and need to get a visitor pass for entry. Laundry below ADU

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly.
