Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Kombiniert in einem rustikalen Stil mit moderne Möbeln, besteht es aus Küche; ein großer Wohnbereich mit einem Tisch für 8 Personen, zusätzlich zum Schlafsofa; ein zweites Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Sofas auf der oberen Ebene. Historisk hus fra 1300tallet, del af gammelt fæstningsanlæg. Indrettet hovedsageligt med antikke møbler. Masser af plads, forrygende udsigt, skøn have og stor privat udsigtspool med saltvand. Huset er velegnet til flere generationer eller vennepar. Huset ligger i den lille by Denice på toppen af et bjerg. Indkøb er 3,5km væk. Badestrand 60 minutter i bil eller tog. Der er fremragende vandre- cykle- og løbemuligheder i området og masser af plads til afslapning og hygge i huset.

The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

Residenza Della Bollente II

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
