LIVE music on the pier during the Spring/Summer into Fall months(til 11:00pm). Pool is seasonal mid April-October Unit is located on the 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR) of the Duneside III.

The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh.
