Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Great Location! Just blocks from OSU. OSU themed throughout, you’ll love this 3 bedroom 1 bath. High Speed Cable Internet with Wifi. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and a 55” Flat Screen TV. We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Six Points Lodge

This unique and memorable place was hand built by family that resided there. It has been a functioning family farm since 1936. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others. The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our family currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for.
