Don't worry about the dishes, team Unakanda will deal with those and any other light cleaning jobs while you relax or explore the local delights. Mango House is nestled within the local village atop Unawatuna Hill. Just 10 mins walk downhill to the beach and a short tuktuk ride to restaurants and attractions in Unawatuna, Thalpe, and Galle Fort.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Mandaram Villa - Entire Villa

This stunning 2-bed villa is situated in the peaceful and beautiful area of Unawatuna village. The Villa is just an 8-minute walk to a number of idyllic beaches that are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. The nearest surfing beaches are a 15-minute journey by tuk-tuk, including Lazy Lefts, Rams Reef, and Coconuts at Midigamma. In the other direction, it is only 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Dewata which is a safe beach break for learning to surf and has surf hire equipment available.

The space features a king size bed, warm pressurized rain shower, a workspace as well as an outdoor patio with a circular plunge pool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Warm terra cotta tones, black wood accents and soft natural light create a calm and intimate atmosphere, designed for slow and comfortable stays.
