Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

Das Haus Oleander befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf in Poljica, nur 10 Autominuten von Malinska entfernt. Es erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und besteht aus einer Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie 2 Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad im ersten Stock. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein großer Balkon mit Meerblick und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große überdachte Terrasse. Sie haben auch einen großen Garten draußen mit Grill und Schaukel.

Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

The house has a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside of the house there is a covered terrace and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a free wifi. Pets are welcome.
