Villa GreenBlue je moderna i luksuzno namještena kuća za odmor sa bazenom smještena na mirnoj lokaciji svega 2 km od centra Poreča te isto toliko od mora. Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. Kuća je smještena na ograđenoj okućnici koja je na raspolaganju samo gostima kuće a na kojoj se nalazi veliki bazen površine 50 m2, vanjski whirlpool, finska sauna i roštilj.

Die Apartments Molindrio befinden sich in einer der schönsten Buchten von Poreč, nach der die Apartments selbst benannt sind. Moderne und wunderschön eingerichtete Apartments befinden sich in ruhiger Lage außerhalb der Stadt Porec mit wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Wasserpark, Wasserski, Tankstelle, Campingplätzen und schönen Stränden des Ferienortes Zelena und Plava Laguna in der Nähe. Ein Salzwasser-Außenpool befindet sich in einem nahe gelegenen Familienhaus.

You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Big and small stores are within walking distance. Villa Costa für 4 Personen besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für zwei Kinder, einem Esszimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, einem weiteren Schlafzimmer und einem weiteren Bad. HINWEIS: Es gibt auch 2 separate Ferienwohunungen in dem Gebäude, die separate, völlig getrennte Eingänge haben. Die 2 Ferienwohunungen nutzen nicht den Pool und den Garten der Villa Costa und werden separat vermietet.
