Cozy lake house complete with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Walk into the main level living area where couches greet you to relax and enjoy the views. Kitchen and dining area include the same views. Main level is rounded out with a bedroom and the main bathroom. Up the stairs lead to the loft with a private television. Take the stairs to the daylight basement where another television, 2 bedrooms, and the second bathroom with washer and dryer. Enjoy a fire in the pit or head down to the lake!

This 3 -bed, 2- bath main house features an expansive deck, separate cottage and unparalleled river views. Catch Sockeye at the house approx. July 17-Aug 7, quantity varies each year. Check info for Silvers (late Aug - mid Sept) and trout before booking. The River House is the perfect basecamp near open-water fishing in Seward (2hrs) or in Homer (1.5 hrs).

The closest stay to Skilak lake loop for all of your hiking, fishing and outdoor adventures. Additionally it is the closest stay on this side to the Russian. When your day of Alaskan adventures comes to an end, return, cook dinner in the full kitchen, spend the evening lounging fireside in our outdoor space and finish off with a relaxing soak in the indoor jetted jacuzzi tub.

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!

Bear Cabin is one of three cabins at River Rock Lodge on the bank of the Kenai River. Fully equipped kitchen and grill provided. Close to all the amenities found in town. We have 3 different docks you can fish off of. Docks can be removed for the winter as early as September 15.
