Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Front and back verandas and outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and chimenea compliment the setting. Your heritage home away from home is 34 kilometres from Mt Baw Baw on a five acre property and stands separately from the main house about 120 metres away.

Pine hill cottage

Our quaint little cottage is set on a dairy farm in west Gippsland. It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. A coonara and fire equipment is provided, although it is essential that you bring a bag of firewood, available in the local town or petrol stations on the way.Also 2 other heaters.
