Dans le centre, une petite maison lumineuse dans une rue calme, tout proche d'un parking, à quelques pas du château de Fumel, à moins d'un quart d'heure du très beau château de Bonaguil à visiter, se rincer l'œil au cœur de la vallée du Lot, à moins d'une heure se promener dans Cahors, la divine, à une heure de la vallée de la Dordogne chargée d'histoire à découvrir, plus au sud le beau Quercy, ses villages, un plein de paysages différents et toute une gastronomie si savoureuse en toute saison

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

 Les passionnés de pêche pourront pêcher dans le ruisseau longeant la propriété ; les plus sportifs accéderont directement à la voie verte (randos pédestres ou vélos). A 5min à pieds, terrains de tennis, basket, rugby, pelote basque, structures de jeux pour enfants. Gare à 700m.

Petite maison de 20 m2 , en pleine campagne. Restaurée avec soin, elle comprend un séjour équipé d'un canapé lit 2 places, d'une kitchenette et d'une salle de bain chaleureuse type chalet. Elle dispose d'un poêle à bois. Elle profite d'un espace ombragé équipé d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin et d'un espace qui s'ouvre sur un large paysage de campagne. Un ruisseau longeant la praire, des chemins de randonnées et le village médiéval à proximité invitent à la balade .

Old Farmhouse for 2 to 12 people

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.
