La nostra casa, un'antica residenza contadina costruita nel 1600 interamente in pietra e custodita dalla nostra famiglia per generazioni, è un luogo dove la storia incontra la bellezza più autertica della natura. Tramonti spettacolari, silenzi rigeneranti e una piscina che ti invita a lasciarti andare. Non è solo una vacanza ma un esperienza di puro benessere da vivere.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. L'edificio è ubicato sulla cima di una collina dalla quale si gode di una ampia vista a 360 sul paesaggio circostante, punteggiato da vigneti e borghi medievali.
