It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

Frome Fern Tree Cottage an independent house

Fern Tree is a special compact, bijou and quirky 300 hundred year old cottage situated in the heart of the conservation area in the historic town of Frome. Feel the atmosphere as you walk in that only time can create. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom one single bed has stairs to the attic room, no door. attic room has 2 single beds and a 6th person is a mattress on the floor A wooden, well equipped kitchen leads you out to a beautiful peaceful sunny courtyard.

Outside there is a lovely private patio with table and chairs to the rear and parking for 1 car at the front.

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. “Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

The Sewing Room Frome - Hosts Lisa and Jeremy

The house that Jeremy built.... and Lisa filled with sewing stuff! Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. A second remodel took place summer 2022 to add a bathroom for guests to visit in this self contained versatile space with two double beds is suitable for a couple, 2 adults or family of 4 (older children). read on for more information-

The location: A beautiful Grade 2 listed 18th century property situated right in the centre of Catherine Hill, the oldest part of Frome. Our beautiful pied a terra is on the corner of Catherine Hill and Stony Street right in the hub of the artisan quarter. With beautiful high ceilings in the living room and floor to ceiling windows in the top 2 bedrooms, every window has a delightful view of cobbled streets and beautiful shops and bars perfect for people watching.

The Coach House, Frome

Located in the historic quarter of Keyford, The Coach House is ideal for exploring the fabulous town of Frome and the Somerset countryside beyond. This Victorian coach house still boasts the original inspection pit for the coaches. It is scheduled to be a stop on the historic Frome walks as part of the Frome Festival. Later, it was where barrels were made, hence the road name of The Cooperage. Now it is a happy, family home that we would like to share with you.
