The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a hot tub out on the patio (please request), and the views are fantastic. If you fancy getting away from it all and enjoying some peace and quiet, some space and lots of countryside - the Long Shed is perfect.

Our cosy self contained annex is in the rural village of Saxelbye. 'The Hutch' has been renovated to provide a comfortable space. With cycle routes and foot paths, makes our location perfect for a country getaway. Ideal for walking, cycling, horse-riding and fishing. Melton Mowbray 'Rural capital of food' only a 10 minute drive away. Ideal for a stopover if visiting Ragdale Spa, or one of the many food festivals in Melton. Belvoir Castle 20 minute drive.

Situated in the beautiful countryside of rural Leicestershire, this modern converted stable will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings, whilst staying in a contemporary guesthouse. The Vine Cabin is a hand built snug insulated wooden cabin with woodburner, within sight and sound of the River Wreake where you can use our canoes . Sleeps up to 5 (2 in bunks), basic cooking facilities. Canoe building holidays by arrangement. The built in bunk can take 2 people ( increasing the capacity to 6, but they need to be friendly!!). Please bring sleeping bags for the built in bunk (the other beds have bedding provided)

Please note that the property is only suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. Please let us know if you need a travel cot and highchair. The property is located in a rural setting with a woodland area with a wildlife pond. No third party bookings accepted.

The building is attached to the family home but is completely private and self contained. It has it's own entrance, kitchenette and two large en suite bedrooms. Both bathrooms are modern and spacious with a bath, shower and underfloor heating.

It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy
