It shares the pool with the other Villas. By car, it is located 5 minutes away from the city centre, 5 minutes away from the beach of Agios Ioannis and 3 minutes away from the nearest Supermarkets and Gas Stations. Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach, are 12 and 20 minutes. It can host up to 5 people.

Anelia Studio Lefkada - close to the beach

The studio is located in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.
