Rose Garden bungalow is part of Creekside Arts, an collective supporting the arts in Humboldt County. As a guest your will enjoy a quiet, cozy studio cottage situated on 2 landscaped acres surrounded by redwoods, a 10 minute drive to either Arcata or Eureka. There is much to discover and experience right on the property: a library, perfect for reflection and writing; fruit trees, roses and other flowers, vegetable garden, an artist gazebo/studio, our chickens and bees, and a bocce ball court.

The Hot Tub sits in a gorgeous and totally private meadow, surrounded by the redwood forest. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes from Arcata or Eureka. Hike the redwoods, shopping in a Victorian Old Town, dine on local seasonal delicacies like Salmon and crab. Pick up necessities at Three-Corners Market, about a 5 minute drive.

NO FIRES ALLOWED - anyone who breaks this rule will be fined $300.

It’s an easy 15 minute drive up the 101 to Cal Poly Humboldt, and not too far from beautiful beaches, and the majestic redwoods. Perfect for couples, small families, and business travelers.

My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
