Siamo nel cuore di Ortigia. La nostra terrazza si affaccia sul mare, qui serviamo le nostre prime colazioni, fatte di cose buone e genuine. Ci piace accogliere gli ospiti nella nostra casa, composta di quattro camere con bagno privato, farli sentire a proprio agio, condividere con loro parte della nostra vita e delle nostre storie. Ascoltare i racconti di chi ci viene a trovare e creare relazioni. Per questo la nostra casa è semplice e autentica e fa sognare.

Loft sulla spiaggia di Avola in Ottima Posizione

La tua casa sul mare in Sicilia in un contesto molto tranquillo e rilassante. Il loft è immerso in un bellissimo giardino con prato e palme. Il loft si trova sul lungomare di Avola in una delle zone più apprezzate della città. L'autostrada dista solo 1 km e vi permetterà di raggiungere le principali mete turistiche (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli e Marzamemi) in poco tempo. Una piccola palestra, le bici ed i kayak daranno un tocco dinamico alla vostra vacanza.

Zanzibar house si trova in pieno centro ad Avola ed è composto da 4 camere da letto molto luminose, provviste di balcone, tv a schermo piatto, frigo privato, riscaldamento e climatizzatore. Ciascuna camera dispone di connessione wifi, bagno privato con bidet, asciugacapelli, kit di cortesia e servizio asciugamani. La struttura offre anche una cucina ed un' ampia area soggiorno con tavoli e posti a sedere. C'e' possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito in loco.

Nepita grows in a modern country house, surrounded by a large garden at about 700 meters above sea level, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding hills. The house has three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, two in the bedroom and one just outside. B&B Anapama Asso di spade

Anapama has four different accommodations which you can see in my profile (Vivien). The ASSO DI SPADE room is about 25 square meters, consists of a small corridor overlooked by the private bathroom and the actual bedroom with double bed, is equipped with independent heating and not with air conditioning since the stone structure allows to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days.

Vinciucci is an antique villa from the XVIII century. It is built on the remains of a sighting tower used to spot Saracenic invasions. It overlooks the carob tree fields and is situated between the sea (on the horizon, you have a panorama on both the Mediterranean and Ionian seas) and the Mounts Iblei.
